We design and manufacture complex microwave integrated multifunction subassemblies, also known as microwave multifunction modules, which consist of sophisticated assemblies that perform many functions related to the switching of microwave signals. Micronetics' integrated subassemblies are employed in several defense, commercial or aerospace electronics systems and programs. These subassemblies combine microwave functions such as amplification, attenuation, switching of multiple signals, and phase and amplitude control. We also facilitate the assembly and testing services of high-end, customer-designed RF microwave assemblies, including all assembly, testing and environmental screening of customer-designed complex subassemblies.

Frequency Converters & Multipliers
Micro-Con has a vast amount of experience designing highly reliable broadband frequency converters and multipliers for military as well as high-end commercial applications, in frequency ranges from 100 MHz to 40 GHz, in either narrowband or broadband. Our converters are typically complex devices that included integral amplification, filtering, synthesized LOs, BIT oscillators, log video output level detection, and micro-processor controlled temperature compensation. Switched Filters & Switch Matrices
Micro-Con designs high reliability integrated switch filters and switch matrices as stand-alone devices as well as part of even more complex multi-function assemblies from DC to 40 GHz, in narrowband or broadband. Both PIN diode and MMIC FET switches are used. Micro-Con utilizes several filter technologies including lumped element, printed microstrip, suspended stripline, and high-Q cavity filters. Broadband Multifunction Amplifiers
Micro-Con's Ultra-low noise amplifiers with frequencies of 17 GHz to 21 GHz with gain >+45dB and a noise figure <1.4dB typical (<1.1dB from 17 GHz to 20 GHz). They consist of waveguide input (optional K connector input available), female K connector output, multiple low noise amplifier stages, integral equalizer, and a built in thermoelectric cooler.
