Micronetics ManagementFollowing are brief resumes for the key management at Micronetics.David Robbins - CEO Micronetics Mr. Robbins has been Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company since August 2003. Mr. Robbins also served as President of the Company from August 2003 until August 2008. Mr. Robbins served as Senior Vice President of the Company's Defense Electronics Group from March 1999 until August 2003. He has been employed by the Company in various capacities since February 1992. Carl Lueders - CFO Micronetics Mr. Lueders joined Micronetics in 2008. He is a seasoned finance executive who brings over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, short and long term planning, forecasting, valuation, and SEC reporting and controls. Mr. Lueders spent 22 years at Polaroid Corporation, a $2 billion multi-national developer and manufacturer of photographic products. During his last six years at Polaroid, Mr. Lueders served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice-President and Controller. Prior to Micronetics, he was Chief Financial Officer of Pro-Pharmaceuticals, Inc. an early stage public biotech company. Mr. Lueders is a CPA and received his MBA from Babson College and BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Kevin Beals - President Micronetics, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Mr. Beals joined Micronetics, Inc. in 2006. He brings nearly 25 years of related design and sales experience with highly integrated technologies for military and commercial electronic markets. Most recently, Mr. Beals served as District Sales Manager at M/A-COM, Inc., where he had contributed for over 15 years. At M/A-COM, he managed several strategic accounts with large, multinational, defense electronics companies, and secured major programs such as WolfPack, F-22, JSF, JTRS, RFID and Collision Avoidance Radar. These programs resulted in significant multi-year revenue contracts. Prior to M/A-COM, he held product line management and engineering positions at Alpha Industries for eight years. Mr. Beals holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts where he graduated with distinction. Tony Pospishil - Vice President Microwave Concepts, Subsystems Division. Mr. Pospishil, who received his MSEE degree in 1983 from the City College of New York, has over 25 years of experience designing and managing the development of complex MMICs and multifunction microwave/RF modules, primarily for use in broadband airborne EW systems. He was employed at ITT Avionics for over 15 years, where he served as manager of the MIC/MMIC chip and module development team and performed and/or led the development of over 100 MMIC chips and 50 highly integrated modules for both the MIMIC Phase 1 program and the AN/ALQ-211 Suite of Integrated RF Countermeasures (SIRFC) program. Mr. Pospishil founded Micro-Con in 1997 where he served as President until the company was acquired by Micronetics in 2003. Since this acquisition, Mr. Pospishil has served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Micro-Con division, which has experienced revenue growth at an average rate of 80% per year since 2003. |
